Using the best components with quality certifications, guarantees durability and robustness in all your facilities.

We can define wiring to everything that is joined by cables. Within this section we can classify energy packages of robots, both electrical and mechanical (refrigerant, air, etc.), electric hoses, mechanical hoses, multiconductor cables, etc.

The connection elements are those that are used to join circuits, we will include all kinds of connectors detailed below:

A connection can be temporary, as for portable equipment, it can require a tool for assembly and disassembly or it can be a permanent union between two electromechanical elements or electronic devices. There are hundreds of types of connectors.

They are usually composed of a plug (male) and a base (female).

In industrial automation we usually distinguish between mechanical, electrical and electronic connectors.

In mechanical type we usually join fluid circuits, whether air, water, oil, refrigerants, etc.

For example:

  • Pneumatic quick plugs
  • Male/female for air in mechanical tools.
  • Threaded hydraulic fittings.
  • Of electric type we usually join circuits of electrical power, they can be of alternating current, single-phase, three-phase, direct current, etc.

For example:

  • Power for engines
  • Power sockets for robots
  • Harting type

And finally we have the electronic type, and it is precisely here where we have the greatest variety on the market, due to the diversity of existing devices.

They are usually in direct current and intended for data transmission, or input and output signals.

For example:

  • Ethernet RJ45
  • M8/M12 4-pin
  • Harting type of 24V signals.

Etc.

Industrial cable applications:

These cables are used for applications such as conveyor control in production facilities, in food and beverage plants, to monitor equipment in chemical plants, as well as in sterile chambers. The choice of cable sheath is adapted to the type of installation:

PVC – is the most widely used coating material in continental Europe and is therefore prevalent in European control cables. This includes control cables for power applications such as the YSLCY 0.6/1kV (CY) cable and the YSLY 0.6/1kV (YY) cable.

LSZH - for cables that are used near sensitive equipment that could be damaged in the event of a fire, the use of halogen coating with low smoke level is often recommended. Commonly used cables include the LiHH cable and the equivalent tinned copper cable, the LiHCH cable, as well as the H05RR-F. Silicone coating for high-temperature cable applications is also classified as LSZH.

PUR - polyurethane cables, including Powerchain PUR, PUR-JZ Control and Cat 7 PUR cables, are typically used in sterile chambers and chemical plants, as the coating does not nest bacteria and therefore prevents their spread on premises. The robust nature of the coating prevents tears and is resistant to most chemicals and oils.
