Sellers, rates and payment methods

What is a marketplace?

MarketPlace: The MarketPlace is a virtual site that allows sellers and buyers to interact to carry out a commercial transaction. On this platform, buyers and sellers remain in the technical and trading environment of the MarketPlace until the transaction is finalized. Therefore, this market place serves to facilitate the sale between the seller and the buyer ensuring that the transaction will take place in the best conditions.

Can I sell products on novaut?

Our customers are professional customers so to sell products in novaut and be a seller in our marketplace, it is necessary to be able to invoice and give a quality service.

How can I sell products on novaut?

To become a seller and start selling products on novaut you will need to submit your application by filling out the form. Once completed and sent, it will be validated by those responsible for novaut which they will accept or deny your request based on the data provided. To fill out the form and register as a seller, you must follow the steps found on this page.

What are the novaut fees?

The Marketplace service that novaut offered to sellers, has a subscription cost of € 39 / month or € 429 / year and a cost as an intermediation commission of between 10-15% of the price of each product marketed, not including the I.V.A. or shipping costs. The cost of the commission varies depending on the category of products and the number of products that you want to upload.

What payment methods are allowed?

The accepted payment methods will be:

  • Card via virtual POS
  • PayPal
  • Wire transfer
  • Bizum

Novaut will transfer your funds to the seller and will never provide your payment card information.

NOTE: Do not make direct payments to the seller. If a seller asks you to make a transfer directly, do not accept your request and contact us to let us know.

Bills

Where can I download my invoice?

You will find invoices for your orders attached to your order. To do this, access your customer account. Go in the menu to "History and detail of my orders", in the column of proof of purchase, place yourself above the PDF icon in the corresponding order line and click to open. There you will open the corresponding invoice which you can download.

Shipments

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because novaut only provides a space where buyers and sellers can negotiate and carry out their transactions, the delivery time will depend on the seller from whom you make the purchase and appears in the information you receive when making it.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in your purchase summary. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and the product so you will find the information next to the product or at the time of purchase.

Can I request the shipment of a product outside Europe?

At the moment sales and shipments are available throughout Europe, but it will depend on each seller the selection of the countries where they want to sell and send.

If your location is not available, you can contact us through the mail [email protected] and we will look better for a way to send you your order.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicate when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.

After another failed attempt, the order will remain at the carrier's offices on the days that it has established. After the same, without you having collected it, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of it subtracting the costs of returning the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 30 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us through the mail [email protected] . Shipping costs will be refunded only when novaut is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping of the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) or in cases of withdrawal- However, if you chose the option of express delivery instead of normal delivery, you will not be refunded the supplement of the same.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Products purchased in novaut can be returned as long as they retain the original packaging and are in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the property will suffer a depreciation.

You can proceed to the return within 15 days of receipt of the product, by completing the form that appears at the bottom. In accordance with the exceptions to the right of withdrawal regulated in the LGCU, the return of those products configured to measure (personalized) will not be admitted. The products will be sent by the customer to the following address through Correos, or Transport Agency:

It shall only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, the amount and shipping costs will be refunded, according to the payment method made by the customer, except payment in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned merchandise. If you chose the express delivery option instead of normal delivery, you will not be refunded the supplement of the same.

The direct cost of returning the good or service will be borne by the customer as set out in the LGCU. In the case of bulky products, if you need an estimate of the shipping costs, please contact us at [email protected].

Product Return/Exchange Form

Can I change a product?

The products purchased in Novedades Automatización can be exchanged, as long as they keep the original packaging and are in perfect condition. The return of those products configured to measure (personalized) will not be accepted. It shall only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
