Self-aligning flange bearings

Them self-aligning flange bearings are the ideal solution for those applications where necessary offset axis misalignments and reduce premature wear on components. Its design allows them to adapt to small assembly imbalances without compromising the accuracy or reliability of the system.

These bearings are characterized by their spherical outer track, which allows them to automatically adjust to the misalignments, especially when the assembly conditions are not perfectly aligned. In addition, the integrated flange facilitates a simple and safe installation, as the component is mounted directly on the housing without the need for additional couplings.

In Novaut, we offer a technical selection self-aligning flange bearings, available in different cage configurations, type of material (steel, stainless steel, etc.) and with shutting options (sealed or open), which guarantees a solution adaptable to the needs of each customer. They are ideal for applications fans, engines, pumps, agricultural machinery and transport systems, where reliability and maintenance ease are crucial.

This type of bearing not only optimizes the operation of your equipment by allowing them to work with mild misalignments, but also lengthens the system's useful life and reduces maintenance stops. In Novaut, we help you find the most suitable bearing for your installation, always ensuring superior performance.
