Upon activation of an input a short pulse of charging intensity ensures that contacts are maintained. The LED inputs and output can be programmed individually by means of the GAP 1605 programming unit. For more details, please refer to the corresponding datasheet. Note that a special GAP-TPHCAB) cable is required to connect the GAP 1605 unit to the programming socket behind the G 5010 2206's faceplate. Through Ent./Sal.-1 and Ent./Sal.-2 of the GAP 1605 unit, the channel address for the inputs is selected. If an address is assigned to Ent./Sal.-3 or Ent./Sal.-4, the address in question will be permanently activated. On the front of the module is a programmable red LED to indicate the status of two Dupline® channels. The LED output can be an OR function of the two inputs. This is achieved by assigning the same addresses to Ent./Sal.- 5 and Ent./Sala.-6 that have been assigned to Ent./Sal.-1 and Ent./Sal.-2.
