With this flowmeter you can measure the speed and temperature of the air. Once the cross-sectional area is indicated, this flowmeter also directly displays the volumetric flow rate of the air. The measured values can be stored directly in the device and then transmitted to a computer and evaluated there (the shipment contains English-language software and a data cable). This allows you to carry out series of measurements with the flow meter directly on site and more easily in your office to complete the analysis of the measured air values. The external winged wheel (connected to a 1.5 m cable) increases mobility and flexibility in an accurate measurement of air velocity. These flowmeters are part of the basic equipment of an aeration system technician to carry out the adjustment and control of ventilation installations. The service life of the batteries reaches approx. 50 h for batteries with a current intensity of 300 mA/h. If you want to do long-term timing with the flowmeter that lasts more than two days, you'll need to use battery packs or a power source.
