GS75102192, DuplineSafe Safety Input Module Model GS 7510 2192, GS75102192, TÜV Approved Bus Powered Safety Input Module. The module has a potential-free contact input, and uses two Dupline® channels to send the safety signal. Its small IP67 box makes it suitable for decentralized installation, e.g. inside the box of an emergency stop button. The module is always used in conjunction with the GS 38300143230 safety relay from DuplineSafe. The "safe state" signal is continuously transmitted to the safety relay while the input contact is closed and the module self-check is OK., GS75102192, DuplineSafe's GS75102192 safety input module is used to monitor the status of a potential-free contact on a safety device, e.g. an emergency stop button or a cable traction switch. The safety contact status is continuously transmitted by the Dupline bus®, using a principle of dynamic signaling on two Dupline® channels. The safety input module is always used in conjunction with the DuplineSafe GS38300143230 safety relay, which can control up to 63 safety input modules, all connected to the same Dupline bus®. If one or more GS75102192 fails to send the "safe status" signal, the safety relay will be disconnected. Addressing For GS75102192 addressing, the DuplineSafe GS73800080 configuration unit is used. The GS75102192 must have 3 Dupline channels® allocated • Synchronization channel (same for all security transmitters). Factory setting: A1 • Safety transmission channel 1. Factory setting: A3 • Safety transmission channel 2. Factory Setting: A4 Refer to the DuplineSafe GS73800080 Configuration Unit User Manual for detailed instructions on how to configure the GS75102192 Safety Input Module with the desired addresses. The synchronization channel is used by the safety relay to send a synchronization signal to the bus's safety input modules. Therefore, all safety input modules and the safety relay must be encoded for the same synchronization channel. Safety transmission channel 1 and safety transmission channel 2 are used by the GS75102192 to transmit the status of the safety switch in a dynamic way, ensuring redundancy, diversity and continuous updating. Each GS75102192 must be encoded for a unique channel pair not used by any other GS75102192. Refer to the GS38300143230 safety relay datasheet for detailed instructions on how to perform the correct addressing, installation and configuration of a DuplineSafe safety system.
