These relays are designed to switch high voltages up to 600 VCArms. The built-in varistor ensures transient protection in heavy industry applications. To bring a greater degree of reliability and capacity to the work cycle, three power semiconductor units have been welded directly onto the copper direct welding (DCB) substrate. Available in CA and DC versions. Built-in LED indication for applied control voltage and overtemperature alarm (optional). A version is also available that can be controlled by 5 VDC at 15 mA (max.) (LD).
