RGTS24250FV00, Single-phase Solid State Soft Starter, RGTS24250FV00, RGTS is a compact and simple soft starter for two-wire AC single-phase induction motors. RGTS is a complete solid-state solution. The up ramp time of the engine and the initial torque can be adjusted independently through the potentiometers on the front. A green LED indicates the presence of the control voltage. The up ramp and full voltage are indicated by an orange LED., RGTS24250FV00, The RGTS series of soft starters works with a voltage ramp algorithm. The user can make two independent adjustments: initial torque (10% to 80%) and up ramp (0.5 to 5 seconds). (1) Initial torque adjustment: The initial torque must be set from 10% to 80%. A lower initial torque configuration may result in a lower voltage at the RGTS starter output terminals when power is applied at L1 and L2. (2) Up ramp time adjustment: This up ramp time should be set from 0.5 to 5 seconds. This time is equivalent to the time RGTS will need to go from the output voltage corresponding to the configured value of the initial torque to the full voltage. (3) Down ramp: RGTS has no down ramp function. As soon as the power is removed, the RGTS starter will disconnect its output and the motor will stop by inertia.
