G34960009700, Dupline Plug-in Master Module® Interface for Matsushita Model G 3496 0009, G34960009700, The G 3496 0009 is designed as an economical solution for interconnection of Dupline inputs and outputs® to the Matsushita FP PLC family. Performs three functions: Dup-line channel generator®, power synchronization (allows a 3-wire system with power) and RS232/ RS422/RS485 interface., G34960009700, The Master Dupline module® (DMM) controls a 3-wire bus with signal, DC and common power. The DMM is connected to a standard DC power that synchronizes the signal from the Dupline carrier® before output the power signal. Synchronization is necessary so that the Dupline® and DC power can share the ground wire. The Master Dupline Module® is a Dupline channel generator® with the function of a master. This means that the 128 Dupline I/O® will be read/written by the DMM and then sent to the PLC. The DMM can operate in two different modes – normal mode and split I/O mode. In "Normal" mode, the Dupline® operates as a peer-to-peer system, in which the channel generator automatically establishes a connection between the Dupline inputs and outputs® co-dified in the same Dupline® direction. If, for example, an input encoded in B5 is activated, the output(s) encoded in B5 will also be activated. Therefore, a Dupline® output can be activated through the output data received in the DMM or by an active input of the Dupline® encoded in the same Dupline® address. In split I/O mode, the channel gene-rador treats Dupline inputs and outputs® independently. If, for example, a B5-encoded input is activated, the DMM will provide the available information to the PLC (as in normal mode), but will not automatically activate the Dupline® B5-encoded output(s). Dupline® outputs are controlled exclusively through the output data received from the PLC. In this mode, 128 Dupline inputs and 128 outputs are available®, since each input and each sa-lida encoded in the same Dupline address® can work independently.
