DIB02CD48150MV, Control Relays and Protection Control Single Phase Intensity Max. o MIN AC/DC, TRMS Models DIB02, PIB02, DIB02CD48150MV, Precise control relays of max./min. AC/DC intensity level (selectable by DIP switch), with True Effective Value Measurement (TRMS). They measure the intensity through an external shunt. Single-phase or three-phase intensities of up to 500 ACA can be controlled by connecting MI or MP current transformers. Its interlocking function allows to keep the relay output activated. The inhibition function can be used to prevent the operation of the relay when necessary (maintenance operations or adjustments). The LEDs indicate the status of the alarm and the output relay., DIB02CD48150MV, The DIB02 and PIB02 relays control the maximum or minimum intensity level, both in alternating and direct current, through an external shunt. Connected to a transformer of intensity type MI or MP (using the scale 0.4 to 4 Vp) allow to control single-phase or three-phase intensities up to 500 A. Example 1 (Terminals Z1, Y1 or 8, 9 interconnected - activated interlock function) The relay connects and is located in the working position when the measured value exceeds (or falls below) the pre-selected level for a longer time than the adjusted delay period. When the intensity falls below (or exceeds) the selected value (see hysteresis), the relay disconnects when the contact between the Z1, Y1 or 8, 9 terminals is opened or when the supply voltage is interrupted. The red LED flashes until the end of the delay period or until the measured value is back within the non-alarm values (see hysteresis). Example 2 (CT type MI) * (Terminals Z1, Y1 or 8, 9 unconnected - interlock function off) The relay connects when the current in the current transformer exceeds (or falls below) the pre-selected level during a delay period greater than the selected one. Disconnects when the intensity falls below (or exceeds) the pre-selected level (see hysteresis) or when the supply voltage is interrupted. Example 3 (CT type MP) * (Terminals Z1, Y1 or 8, 9 without interconnecting - interlock function disabled - measurement of the maximum intensity level) The relay connects when the current in the current transformer exceeds the pre-selected maximum level during a delay period greater than the selected one. Disconnects when the maximum current drops below the pre-selected level (see hysteresis) or when the supply voltage is interrupted. Note When the inhibition contact is open and the input signal is in an alarm state, the relay will not activate until the delay period has elapsed.
