The viscosmeter measures by means of mechanical resistance of any liquid that acts in opposite direction to the rotation movement of a spindle. As a result a torque force is generated that the viscosmeter detects and makes it a viscosity value. The viscosmeter is an accurate measuring instrument because, despite having a measuring range of 20 to 2.000.000 mPa·s, has a precision of ±1.0 %.

- Precision: ±1.0 % of adjusted scale fund
- Rotation speed: 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm
