The HDA 4400 series of pressure transducers features a pressure measurement cell coated by a thin layer of DMS on a thin steel membrane. The output signs 4 ... 20 mA or 0 ... 10 V allows connection to any measuring or control equipment of HYDAC ELECTRONIC GMBH, as well as integration into common evaluation systems (e.g. PLC controls). The flat membrane variant has been specially designed for applications where the media used can result in clogging, plugging or freezing of a standard pressure outlet.
They are mainly used in the industrial and mobile sector of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, in particular in applications with limited mounting space. Other applications take place in processes in which various media are used, the residues of which can lead to mixing or contamination of the media.
