The HDA 4700 series of pressure transducers features a very precise and robust sensory cell with extensive thin-film gauge on a thin steel membrane. The output signs 4 ... 20 mA or 0 ... 10 V allows connection to any measuring or control equipment of HYDAC ELECTRONIC GMBH, as well as integration into common evaluation systems (e.g. PLC controls). The HSI sensor detector variant has been specially designed for use in combination with the HMG 500, HMG 510, HMG 3000 and CMU 1000 HYDAC measuring instruments. For data transmission, the HDA 4748-H has an HSI interface (HYDAC Sensor Interface). Through this, the HSI sensor is automatically recognized by the aforementioned HYDAC measuring instruments and all the necessary basic adjustments of the equipment are carried out independently. The flat membrane variant has been specially designed for applications where the media used can result in clogging, plugging or freezing of a standard pressure outlet. The variant for applications with increased functional safety has been specially designed for use in circuits / safety functions within the framework of the functional safety of machines and installations up to PL d – Cat 3 (in accordance with ISO 13849). In addition, it can be used in a SIL 2 system (according to EN 61508). These pressure transducers have two channels. Each channel is composed of a sensor element and an electronic evaluation system. For this reason, the pressure transducer generates two separate and independent output signals of proportional pressure. They are mainly used in the industrial and mobile sector of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, in particular in applications with limited mounting space and as a sensor element in safety-oriented mobile systems, such as indicators or load torque limiters of cranes or lifting platforms. Other applications take place in processes in which various media are used, the residues of which can lead to mixing or contamination of the media.
Accuracy ± 0.25% FS typ.
Measuring ranges: between 0 ... 6 bar and 0 ... 600 / 1000 bar, depending on the execution
