The reference (Ref) must be connected to the tank, or if the tank is made of a non-conductive material, to an additional electrode. (It will connect to the Y3 pin.) (In the diagram, such an electrode is indicated by a dotted line.) NOTE! If only one level needs to be detected, interconnect the Y1 and Y2 inputs.
