SIU-MBM-02, Gateways from M-Bus/wM-Bus to Modbus TCP/IP., SIU-MBM-02, SIU-MBM is a gateway that converts M-Bus and M-Bus wireless protocol data to the Modbus TCP/IP protocol for later sending to a master device. It is available in two versions: SIU-MBM-01 (which can integrate, depending on the model, from 20 to 160 M-Bus devices with wired connection) and SIUMBM-02 (20 M-Bus devices with wired connection and 32 wireless M-Bus devices). What's more, thanks to the SIU-MBC radio transmitter, SIUMBM-02 can read the consumption of devices with pulse output, such as gas or water meters. The UCS software, available for free, searches and identifies M-Bus devices connected to SIU-MBM and wireless M-Bus devices operating within range to automatically generate the Modbus map. To enable fast and automatic integration with VMU-C EM /UWP 3.0 masters, UCS generates a Modbus driver that can be imported directly, SIU-MBM-02, This system, designed for commercial, residential and industrial applications, ensures quick installation with a reduced number of simple connections. SIU-MBM is recommended for: renewal applications in which data must be collected from existing devices that support M-Bus or M-Bus wireless communication new installations where M-Bus or M-Bus wireless devices are used, taking advantage of their ease of installation and integration. In fact, devices with pulse output that cannot be physically connected to the master can be easily integrated into the system thanks to SIU-MBC's outdoor-friendly wireless communication.
