Ideal for level control applications and plastics production machinery., CA30CLF16CPM6, Capacitive sensors can detect almost all materials, in liquid or solid state. They allow to detect metallic and non-metallic objects, however, they are normally used with non-metallic materials in: Plastic industry: Resins, chips or molded products. Chemical industry: Detergents, fertilizers, liquid soaps, corrosive and petrochemical products. Timber industry: Sawdust, paper, door and window frames. Glass and ceramic industry: Raw materials, clay or finished products, bottles. Packaging industry: Packaging inspection: level, content, dry substances, fruits and vegetables, dairy products. Materials are detected by their dielectric constant. The larger the object, the higher its density and the better it will be detected.
