N120-PRR-485 USB Process controller, TC, RTD, mV and V, 48x48mm (1/16 DIN)
The N120 is a comprehensive and highly versatile process controller packed into a compact 1/16 DIN form factor, designed to handle the most demanding industrial applications. This advanced controller supports virtually all industry-standard sensors including thermocouples, Pt100 RTDs, millivolt, and voltage signals, with optional current input capability. A key benefit is its innovative self-adaptive PID algorithm that continuously optimizes control parameters in real-time to maintain optimal performance despite process changes or disturbances. The dual 8-digit display provides exceptional visibility, showing both process variable and setpoint or process variable and timer status simultaneously. With three output channels (pulse output for SSRs and two relay outputs), 20 programmable ramp/soak recipes, and built-in USB connectivity for configuration and data logging, the N120 delivers sophisticated control capabilities typically found in much larger instruments. Its completely hardware-free configuration via keyboard or free QuickTune software eliminates the need for jumpers or circuit changes, making it ideal for complex processes where flexibility and precision are critical.
Self-Adaptive PID Technology: Continuously adjusts PID parameters in real-time to maintain optimal control performance despite process changes, load variations, or disturbances.
Dual 8-Digit Display: Exceptionally clear display shows both process variable with setpoint and process variable with timer status simultaneously for comprehensive process monitoring.
Universal Sensor Compatibility: Supports all major temperature sensors and analog signals without hardware changes—configure via software for thermocouples, RTDs, mV, V, or optional mA inputs.
Advanced Programming Capability: 20 programs with 9 segments each enable complex ramp/soak profiles for batch processes, thermal cycling, and sophisticated thermal recipes.
Flexible Output Configuration: Three output channels (SSR pulse + two relays) can be configured for various control strategies including servo-positioning for motorized valves and actuators.
Integrated Data Connectivity: USB port enables both configuration via free QuickTune software and data logging capabilities for process analysis and validation.
